What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize high-end software to develop layout formats for publication and prepare electronic files
- Create and revise fillable, accessible electronic forms in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Design and compose departmental forms and publications, ensuring adherence to established standards
- Maintain organized electronic files and enter accurate data into the Composer database
- Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware problems as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a background investigation clearance prior to hiring
- Minimum educational requirement as specified in the Class Specification
- Proven experience in digital composition and layout design
- Strong attention to detail with a goal of 100% accuracy in work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office, and FileMaker Pro applications
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using tables in InDesign
