What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and eCommerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead the strategy and priorities through behavioral reporting, user surveys, and tests
- Own A/B testing to measure the impact of website changes and maintain an organized library of results
- Partner with site team and developers to identify and implement high-impact tests and site updates
- Manage ADA accessibility compliance and ongoing certification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce
- 2-3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
- Demonstrated experience working with Shopify
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
- Project management experience within JIRA preferred
- Familiarity with User Testing or similar user survey platforms is advantageous
