What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review dotcom orders and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics and potential fraud indicators
- Utilize specialized software for data mining and link analysis to assist in investigations
- Identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activity across digital channels
- Analyze chargeback reports to pinpoint trends, root causes, and potential solutions
- Collaborate with various business partners to share information and support investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of Fraud Analyst experience in a digital retail environment
- Understanding of Automated Digital Fraud Detection Systems and ability to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in report writing software and analytics
- Ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI
- High School Diploma required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity in presenting complex ideas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Certifications in E-commerce Methodologies or I2 are a plus
