  The Program Resources team is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team on a temporary basis with flexible hours (estimated 75-100 hours per month for 4 months). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and Peer to Peer event fundraising platforms.
  
  This role will work cross-functionally with Fundraising Program leads, Data & Technology, Marcom, and external vendors to translate fundraising strategy into digital fundraising tools and tactics.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • Supports the strategy and tactical operations of digital fundraising systems for JDRF One Walk, Ride, and other core Fundraising Programs.
  • Oversees the project management and prioritization of work in partnership with the Technology team.
  • Assists with the building, testing, and launch of fundraising mobile applications.
  • Defines and coordinates content development needs, resources and timelines with appropriate Marcom and Fundraising Program staff, including copy and images.
  • Reviews and approves all final testing and UAT of digital fundraising sites and digital communications/auto-responders.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • Successful project management experience.
  • Proficiency with fundraising systems - Luminate Online preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of Peer to Peer fundraising strategies and activities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effectively establish priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Highly efficient in time management and can meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency with project management systems - Monday.com preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work closely with teams and across functional areas; proactively communicate.
  • Detail-oriented and strong technical skills.
  
  
  Target Salary - $25 - $35/hr
