      Digital Health & Wellbeing Specialist

      Location: GSK House (Brentford/Tottenham Court Road) OR Poznan, Poland

      Duration: 12 months

      Job Purpose

      In this role you will manage the global Health & Wellbeing digital framework to ensure a consistent employee H&W experience aligned with Tech and Corporate strategies, with the aim to deliver global health promotion plans through main internal digital platforms.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage and ensure alignment/integration of H&W digital framework with GSK’s overall Tech strategy. e.g. ServiceNow, Nucleus, KGC

      • Ensure alignment with Ahead Together Thriving People to provide employees with a consistent employee experience

      • Manage process to ensure global Knowledge articles (tier 0) are created, maintained and accessible to all employees, including managing employee feedback and aligning with Service Now quality standards

      • Develop and evolve EHW digital channels (intranet pages, knowledge articles, Workplace and Keep Growing Campus) to ensure employees can easily access, find and use global H&W programmes and services aligned with digital accessibility standards

      • Collaborate with SME’s to deliver relevant and up to date H&W global content on an ongoing basis

      • Create and execute plan of internal social media activities aligned with global HP plan. Support development of resources for regional delivery aligned with global plan.

      • Drive employee engagement - through active management (active posting, commenting on other posts and encouraging participation) of the Health and Wellbeing Workplace group community and other relevant digital channels.

      • Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive engagement and find cross promotional opportunities

      • Manage and deliver quarterly H&W digital metrics – providing insights to drive digital health promotion improvements

      Why You?

      Basic Qualifications

      • Personal interest in health and wellbeing

      • Share Point, Service Now, Akumina - Nucleus or other technology platforms – designing and building pages with the employee experience in mind

      • Creating internal digital content – written, visual or video aligned with company branding

      • Stakeholder management – with SMEs, digital platform owners (Tech), internal comms

      • Project management – to keep work on track and manage changing priorities

      • Working in a large global organisation

      • Managing a workplace group and/or other social media activities

      • Managing data and reporting

      Desired Qualifications

      • Experience of working in Health and Wellbeing or Human Resources or related function

      • Understanding and awareness of inclusive language and accessibility standards
