What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of paid search campaigns, tracking key metrics and trends
- Coordinate A/B testing efforts, ensuring proper execution and interpretation of results
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director in daily operations to meet marketing objectives
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators across digital marketing channels
- Present insights and trends to senior management to inform business strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Google and Bing marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, and social media business tools
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics and ability to turn raw data into meaningful visualizations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience creating, evaluating, and maintaining marketing KPIs and dashboards
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools and experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of full funnel marketing strategies and user engagement
- Proficiency in data analysis and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets
