      About the role


      A newly created opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Specialist has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand Digital & Design team.


      What you’ll be doing


      Reporting to our Marketing Analytics Manager, you’ll collect and interrogate internal and external data to generate actionable insights which drive trade through Marketing spend effectiveness and efficiency. You’ll inform us on how to best achieve commercial outcomes based on customer patterns, trends and results.


      You’ll also


      • Define and track KPI’s for direct marketing activity and campaigns
      • Define and identify campaign audiences based on campaign objectives
      • Support delivery and execution of direct marketing campaigns
      • Manage the distribution of targeting data to multiple destinations in various formats
      • Maintain a clear view of audience usage, health, size, and underlying data that is powering them and have an understanding how audiences can be activated
      • Automate reporting where possible and seek opportunities to optimise processes.


      What you bring


      Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 3+ years’ experience in in a data and analytics function, in-house or at an agency. You’ll bring experience and knowledge of digital marketing platforms and associated data along with a healthy dose of passion and energy.



      You’ll also need


      • Knowledge of B2B and B2C data structures including ecommerce and digital marketing metrics
      • Data Modelling to meet required objectives
      • Understanding and use of common analytics querying languages such as SQL
      • Ability to build and edit reports/dashboards and insights that meet user needs
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss data needs with varied stakeholders
