What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts to ensure optimal performance and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions and effectively communicate necessary adjustments
- Work with internal teams to address client needs and propose service upgrades
- Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls to update clients on progress and results
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding ongoing work and outcomes achieved

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency
- A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies
- Proven experience with Google Ads; Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with clients
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
- SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience is required
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly
