      As a key member of the AAMC Services Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Designer supports the Marketing Director in the development and execution of all Services marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Designer possesses the design skills, strategic mindset, and passion to transform complex marketing goals into visually stunning and impactful designs across various digital channels (website, social, email, online ads, etc.) and print assets. The position works closely with internal business partners and project management staff on multiple projects and will provide input on market segments, marketing approaches, and campaign results as needed.

      How will you make an impact?

      Multimedia Content Creation

      • Crafting engaging visual content: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, digital ads, email marketing campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, landing pages, and website banners, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives .

      • Translating data into design decisions: Analyze design performance metrics and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize future campaigns based on data insights.

      • Collaborating effectively: Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and outreach and engagement teams to ensure seamless creative execution across all digital channels.

      • Staying current with industry trends: Continuously learn and explore the latest design trends and marketing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

      Strategy Development & Implementation

      • Brainstorm with the Marketing Director and Marketing & Creative Manager to develop marketing campaigns, and implement related digital design assets, in support of AAMC Services’ new and existing service offerings.

      • Implement marketing campaigns, including digital (motion graphics, website, social, email, online ads) and print assets, for AAMC Services' new and existing offerings.

      • Champion correct brand usage throughout all Service team communications and marketing activities.

      • Coordinate with Enterprise Communications and Marketing teams (as well as teams across the AAMC as needed) to ensure campaign elements align and maintain the reputation of the AAMC.

      Project Management

      • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status

      • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial brief to final execution, ensuring timelines, resources, and strategies are aligned

      • Create and oversee project timelines ensuring smooth delivery across all channels.

      • Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications team to align on project requirements, deliverables, and schedules

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in design, art, marketing, digital communications, art, or a related field.

      • Experience with S alesforce Marketing Cloud

      • 5-7 years of experience as a designer or a similar creative role.

      • The ability to create responsive email and landing page templates , wireframes or screen mock-ups .

      • Strong understanding of marketing principles. Familiarity with target audiences, campaign goals, and marketing strategies is a plus.

      • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable design decisions.

      • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented non-profit or business environment.

      • Digital expertise : Experience with animation or motion graphics, and recent advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.

      • Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Power P oint, and Canva is essential.

      Remote Work Eligibility

      This position is eligible for remote work in the contiguous US

      Compensation Grade Range and Mid-Point

      Grade Range:$66,300.00 - $123,100.00/ Grade Mid-Point:$94,700.00

      The above annual compensation range and mid-point are general guidelines. For candidates who meet the criteria, the AAMC's compensation philosophy is to target the midpoint of the salary range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations.

      If a bachelor’s degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
