- Assisting monitoring our social media accounts and using social listening tools to ensure we are providing timely and appropriate replies and interaction with our followers.
- Assisting with invoicing and reconciliation of advertising spend
- Compiling assets for paid media campaigns
- Research competitors’ media strategies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Executing website content edits and updates
- Assisting with the content collection, project management, and QA’ing of web projects
- Create A/B tests for media landing pages to test conversion rates
- Assist in creating and optimizing email campaigns, including one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Perform quality assurance (Q/A) checks for outgoing campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate on the email marketing calendar to plan campaigns and communications
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversions
- Preferred degree of study in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or closely related field
- Web content management, social media scheduling and analytics, and PPC advertising experience desired but not required.
- Previous internship experience is preferred but not required. Ideally a Junior or a Senior with several marketing classes already completed.
- Savvy user of technology and solid knowledge of social networks
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
- Familiarity with web editing tools is a plus

The Digital Marketing Intern will play an important role in supporting HealthStream’s digital strategy. Key focus areas include the maintenance and enhancement of our web properties, the growth of its social influence, and the activation of digital campaigns that generate leads. The intern will receive exposure and mentorship from various managers within Digital Marketing including Website, Social, SEM/SEO and Marketing Automation
