      Who you are
      The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the overall digital marketing strategy and leading all marketing technology projects for Colliers in Canada.

      You will be the driving force behind planning, execution and training for all new digital technologies such as chatbot, email marketing and digital asset management tools. You will also support the digital team with various projects related to the new Colliers website including SEO, UX, digital integrations, management of IT/vendor relationships and providing technical support.

      You are a problem solver and innovator ready to take Colliers’ digital capabilities to the next level. You see the bigger picture and what it takes to deploy digital tools at scale in a large organization, and not afraid to get your hands a little dirty to help push things along.

      You care deeply about creating positive experiences with end users and customers at the heart to drive adoption and performance.

      Please note that this is an In-Office Working Arrangement from our Vancouver office.

      Please note this is a 12-month Contract position.

      What you bring

      • 3+ years of experience in a senior digital or marketing technology role
      • Demonstrated track record of deploying technology solutions at scale
      • High level of computer literacy including web content management and analytics
      • Backend CMS website experience
      • Knowledge and general best practice of SEO and SEM
      • Strong written communication and presentation skills
      • Experience in a corporate environment with a professional services firm preferred
      • A degree in marketing, digital or technology related field

      Bonus skills and experience

      • Google Ads certified
      • In-depth experience with search engine marketing, display advertising networks and retargeting, specifically with Google Ads.

      Current Applications:
      • Sitecore, Dynamics CRM (Marketing components), Campaign Monitor (Email broadcasting), MTB (Custom in-house application), Hootsuite, Brandcast (CMS), Adobe CC, LinkedIn, Google Ads, GA4, and SharePoint plus a variety of fringe cases.

      What success looks like

      • Drive the marketing technology roadmap for Colliers in Canada
      • Manage corporate email marketing program
      • Lead SEO projects and improvements for collierscanada.com and custom sites
      • Liaise with the field and Colliers leadership teams to identify and evaluate marketing technology opportunities
      • Work closely with IT Support Team to build out support and maintenance programs for marketing technology tools and integrate marketing applications to ensure seamless integration
      • Create business requirements for new marketing technology initiatives
      • Drive the change management program including training for new initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools and applications
      • Track, monitor and regular reporting of project status
      • Various content management and support for collierscanada.com


      Approximate Salary Range for Role: $79,310.00 to $147,290.00

      Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
