      The primary responsibility will be to develop and execute campaigns, strategies that drive business growth and revenue. Develop and implement strategies that lead business growth across the customer journey; create new processes for campaigns, lead gen and brand awareness.

      Key responsibilities:

      1. Digital Activation and Campaigns Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, display advertising, lead gen and programmatic campaigns

      Measure and report performance of campaigns (ROI and KPIs)

      Events and Sponsorship activation

      helping and supporting the team for events including Summer Receptions, Business and Lead Gen Events

      Costs and process optimization

      Support budget plan and optimise spend by channel against performance KPIs

      Help Campaigns Managers to build and maintain campaigns calendar

      Reporting and Analysis

      Produce reports on regular basis for internal use, for Top Leadership and internal communication

      Working with Marketing Operations for quarterly reporting


      Key Skills:
      Data-driven and analytical
      Detail-oriented.
      Ability to establish, track and report KPIs that effectively inform business strategy
      Experience in executing growth and digital performance marketing campaigns
