      Position Overview

      The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing and assists in the overall PHS digital marketing and advertising strategy, campaign, and operations. These campaigns support PHS’s conversions, revenue, and awareness goals. This position will work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, website operations, and CRM Management.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Manage and execute digital advertising campaign for PHS Brand and the Philadelphia Flower Show.
      • Manage front-end and back-end operations for the PHS website PHSonline.org and e-commerce site tickets.phsonline.org.
      • Develop and execute monthly marketing analytics dashboards.
      • Manage email segmentation strategy with the Communications team.
      • Crafting forms/landing pages on PHSonline.org for Marketing/Development campaigns.
      • Work with external vendors on advertising campaigns and web projects.
      • Develop and create dashboard and sales reports

      Qualifications/Specifications

      • Minimum degree required :
        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields,
      • Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in a relevant professional role.
      • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required for success:
        • Meta Advertising
        • GoogleAd / AdWords
        • Google Analytics/Looker Studio
        • Drupal, Wordpress , or other content management system experience. Plus , for experience with Apostrophe CMS or Ticketure .
        • HTML/CSS Knowledge
        • Self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and taking initiative.
      • Plus for experience in additional data products like Microsoft Power BI/PowerQuery, Tableau, and/or Kibana/Elasticsearch
