What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage website performance focusing on SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization
- Develop, execute, and analyze email campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or managed services environment
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and web analytics tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HubSpot and Pardot or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
