What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize the employer's CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Create and deploy engaging email campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns
- Maintain and update marketing automation system databases and segmented lists
- Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website activity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: BS or BA degree in marketing or related studies
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and/or SEM
- Well-versed in marketing automation and CRM best practices (Pardot and Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress
- Strong communication and writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in professional services marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
