Job Description

- Generate automated marketing communication campaigns and track KPI’s using Pardot.
- Content creation and management using Drupal to support cross-country business priorities.
- Lead generation using LinkedIn and Pardot in collaboration with the business development manager.
- Gather Market and Business intelligence using GlobalData.
- Maintenance and enhancement of internal/external platform for collecting and dispatching (via CRM) leads for business opportunities.
- Key Account analysis: monthly output for the Management Team Meeting and all commercial directors.
- Hollow Price analysis + portfolio tail/zero margin portfolio: monthly output for all commercial directors.
- Portfolio analysis to support R&D on optimizing products across the region.
- SEO using BrightEdge: gain knowledge and support countries.
- Data Management and knowledge sharing: collect and organize a shared database (SharePoint) of all major initiatives and best practices from countries.
- Knowledge and experience in using digital and direct response marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a strong ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Native-level or excellent English language skills.

We are now looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
To join our team in Delft, Netherlands. In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting and enhancing digital marketing activities in the North European region. You will coordinate marketing automation activities with modern tools and organize successful lead-generation campaigns. You will work closely with local marketing teams in North Europe and collaborate with our regional marketing intelligence and development.
