What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the creation and optimization of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns based on client goals
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics for all social and search marketing initiatives
- Optimize copy, images, and landing pages for various marketing campaigns
- Provide general support and assistance for builder partners, including email marketing updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of proven digital marketing experience with successful traffic conversion
- At least 2 years of experience in both paid search and social advertising
- Required home builder industry experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Google Data Studio is a plus
- Strong analytical, technical, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A general passion for House Hunters International on HGTV (optional, but strongly encouraged!)
- Experience with campaign budget management and reconciliation
- Familiarity with SEO opportunities based on SEM data and results
