What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Conduct keyword and channel research to test and expand new campaigns
- Create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and website pages to maximize conversion rates
- Measure and report on campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with PPC and digital campaign management across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Google Ads, GA4, and HubSpot
- Previous experience in high-growth stage organizations
- Basic skills with HTML and CSS
- Willingness to work out of the Teaneck, New Jersey office at least 3 days per week for optimal collaboration
