What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service to clients and internal stakeholders regarding online banking products and services
- Perform daily administration duties, including approving and coding online banking applications and monitoring daily reports
- Facilitate and monitor new remote deposit capture clients
- Assist teammates with sales presentations of online banking and RDC products
- Support testing and manage changes related to business online banking features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry
- Previous experience working with consumer and business online banking products
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations
- Knowledge of Jack Henry and Q2 products
- Experience in direct customer service including in-person, phone, email, and/or chat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
