What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consulting and operational support to regional sales teams, standardizing technical pre-sales processes
- Present product offerings and their value to various audiences, including C-level executives and technical teams
- Manage and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and customer requests with detailed proposals
- Lead customer engagements through product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product functionality and technology to align solutions with market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of presales or general sales experience in SaaS, technology, or supply chain solutions
- Experience in IoT, track and trace, or digitalization is a plus
- Strong commercial knowledge and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven ability to create value through technology in the supply chain
- Business development experience is essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of key use case categories such as Fresh Category, Promotions, or Reusable Asset Management
- Demonstrated ability to design and introduce new capabilities
- Experience in customer-facing roles within technology sectors
