      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with client directors to sell omnichannel services as part of comprehensive loyalty programs
      - Oversee the delivery of services and products for confirmed programs such as gamification and loyalty apps
      - Act as the liaison between clients and technical partners for ongoing omnichannel services
      - Manage content and campaign configuration, monitor member engagement, and handle support queries
      - Deliver and implement game campaigns and e-stamps programs while managing content calendars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
      - Extensive experience in the retail sector and working with senior management
      - Proficiency in CMS management (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), HTML, Java, and CSS
      - Familiarity with systems such as JIRA, Confluence, APIs, and AEM
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in solution selling, action selling, or challenger selling
      - Experience in Scaled Agile/Agile methodologies, process improvement, and LEAN thinking
      - Strong understanding of data analytics and measuring promotional effectiveness
      - Experience with third-party suppliers, including technology vendors and marketing agencies
      - Fluency in French or Chinese is a bonus
