What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, implement, monitor, and assess processes that track compliance with digital resilience policies and standards
- Define project plans and identify required resources for business continuity and recovery projects
- Conduct regular internal assessments to identify compliance gaps and collaborate with teams to address issues
- Provide training and awareness programs on digital resilience policies to stakeholders
- Maintain program/project metrics and dashboards and prepare status reports for team leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within IT or Information Security
- Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity business continuity and recovery policies
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, and other similar compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with data analysis and BCM management tools, PowerBI, Excel, Service Now BCM

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISM, CISA, EDRP, CDRE, or similar
- Proven track record of successful project management in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity resiliency regulations and industry standards
