      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound call/chat volume, managing 40-50 customer interactions per 8-hour workday
      - Complete all monthly Brand Sales Trainings to maintain eligibility for promotions
      - Maintain excellent customer service standards through effective problem-solving and ownership of customer issues
      - Log and retain precise customer information in Salesforce.com to maintain accurate records
      - Identify and report inefficiencies or bugs during workflow to improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role
      - Preferred 3+ years of sales experience
      - Strong detail orientation and superior interpersonal skills
      - Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience using critical thinking tools to resolve customer issues
      - Self-motivated and a great teammate with a systematic and adaptable approach
      - Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
      - Excellent organizational skills and a reliable internet connection
