What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound call/chat volume, averaging 40-50 customer interactions per 8-hour workday
- Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month to maintain eligibility for promotions
- Maintain excellent customer service standards through effective call quality and problem-solving
- Log and retain accurate customer information in Salesforce.com
- Identify and report any website or process-related inefficiencies during workflow

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role
- Preferred 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
