      PURPOSE OF ROLE

      To digitally source and provide a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for various teams within Booster, ensuring that we have the necessary talent to support our mission of changing the world through school fundraising.

      CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

      Digital Talent Sourcing & Data Mining

      • Utilize various digital platforms, networks, and tools to identify potential candidates

      • Execute a digital sourcing strategy that is aligned with Booster’s hiring needs

      • Research & identify potential recruitment partnerships and avenues

      • Prepare and provide detailed contact lists and partnership opportunities to hiring mangers

      Candidate & Hiring Manager Engagement

      • Schedule & conduct welcome calls to gauge candidate alignment with Booster’s values and job requirements

      • Document candidate information and feedback for further assessment.

      • Regularly communicate with hiring managers to gather insights on role requirements and desired candidate profiles

      • Provide updates on sourcing progress and challenges, adjusting strategies as necessary

      Recruiting Sourcing & Reporting

      • Identify, evaluate, and recommend recruiting tools and platforms

      • Offer training and support on utilizing recruiting tools effectively

      • Prepare and present reports on slouching metrics challenges, and successes

      • Engage in continuous dialogue with manager, ensuring alignment on recruiting goals and strategies

      REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

      • Strong knowledge of digital sourcing techniques and platforms

      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

      • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

      • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to improve sourcing strategies
