- Work with business and Digital Technology teams to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
- Prepare and use data to provide insights and support business objectives.
- Create documentation for various stages of Project Management.
- Document Digital Technology processes and procedures.
- Assist with ERP-wide process optimization and enhancements.
- Project Management, managing to a budget, working cross-functionally, interacting with production work force, engineering problem solving, exposure to new technologies, presentation skills, and industry background.
- A student actively pursuing a degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
- Data Analytics/ Data Visualization skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Capable of working in teams and building good relationships with a high degree of personal integrity, trust and work ethics
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented, reliable, efficient, conscientious and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and in a friendly and personable manner with employees and the general public
- Promptness is extremely important
- Must be a team player

ATI is seeking to hire a Digital Technology (DT) Intern for our Summer 2025 Internship Program. This position will be based in Millersburg, OR and will run from June to August 2025. Relocation and housing assistance is available for the summer.
