      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive regional sales leadership and support districts to achieve business objectives
      - Grow recurring revenue (RMR) to meet and exceed company sales and revenue budgets
      - Develop strategic account plans for targeted vertical markets and geographic territories
      - Provide coaching, development, and mentoring to local commercial sales teams
      - Partner with Regional Sales Directors to administer sales trainings for local field sales teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar business development leadership role
      - Ability to lead a significant business unit and implement business solutions
      - Exceptional business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with public speaking ability
