What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and maintain new direct bill contracts and vendor invoices
- Post payments and research past due payments to ensure timely collections
- Ensure accuracy of contract rates in billing software systems
- Produce monthly invoices for all direct bill contracts
- Communicate issues and collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical billing field
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), contracts, invoices, and accounts receivable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently

- Experience with financial management and project management in a medical billing setting
