What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
- Identify and create new growth opportunities while managing an active project deck in CRM
- Engage in successful customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreement expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the HVAC/R industry, particularly as an HVAC contractor or technician
- Demonstrable track record of commercial leadership and achieving sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools
- Understanding of 80/20 and Lean Management concepts
