What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell available insurance products to new or existing clients via various customer contact channels
- Estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines
- Gather necessary information to assess if prospective customers meet underwriting guidelines
- Meet sales and sales quality goals
- Identify clients' needs and cultivate effective sales relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty producer licenses within 60 days of hire
- Obtain property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states within 90 days of hire
- Complete required continuing education credits to maintain state licenses
- Maintain property and casualty producer licenses for all operating states and/or service states
- Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Experience in explaining insurance concepts and coverages to clients
