What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow the number of active customers through face-to-face meetings and active telephone calls
- Generate quotations and sample orders while maximizing gross profit
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and uses
- Maintain customer records and activities using the Alphaplan CRM system
- Identify prospective customers through various channels including business directories and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in electromechanical or related components
- Strong technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain organized customer records
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Alphaplan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role within the electromechanical industry
- Familiarity with business directories and lead generation techniques
- Participation in professional organizations or trade shows
- Ability to work cooperatively with inside sales teams
- Knowledge of promotional and educational material distribution
