      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with the Hospital Account Manager and travelers regarding availability and assignment changes
      - Ensure timely and accurate documentation of active travelers' schedules
      - Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of travel employees
      - Develop a growing pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting strategies
      - Maintain consistent contact with travelers to enhance customer service and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of Travel Nurse Recruitment experience required
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
      - Basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
      - Familiarity with compliance requirements for travel staff
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse personalities
