      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support key compliance initiatives and internal controls
      - Analyze regulatory documentation to ensure compliance and reporting requirements
      - Maintain a database consisting of common carrier monthly reports
      - Document and test internal controls
      - Provide excellent customer service through effective oral and written communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education or work experience in database management and analysis
      - Experience with financial and/or regulatory reporting
      - Knowledge of Direct to Consumer shipping requirements, timelines, and regulations
      - Proficiency with personal computers, database management, and Excel
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and organize and prioritize work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing databases and reviewing reports
      - Competence in compiling large amounts of data across multiple formats and creating reports from that data
      - Ability to troubleshoot problems and devise solutions
      - Experience in customer service and effective communication skills
      - Familiarity with compliance requirements and auditing system information
