What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all aspects of people management, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Empower managers to implement standardized payroll processes and policies for consistency and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction
- Provide leadership for resolving complex payroll issues and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with various departments to align payroll shared services with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll, focusing on the Americas
- Proven experience leading large teams and working within a shared service model
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a risk and control environment; SOX experience required
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey payroll information clearly
- Experience in building payroll operating models, including system implementation and service delivery
