What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop content related to supply chain organizational design and development
- Publish forward-looking research reports and curate content for client education
- Conduct client interactions, including meetings and presentations, to drive demand for research
- Provide mentorship and support to team members while collaborating in research community meetings
- Establish credibility as a thought leader by representing the employer's research methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Located in North America
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain with expertise in organization development and design
- Strong understanding of supply chain models and ability to connect best practices to client goals
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) or close collaboration with COEs in other functions
- Ability to explain complex ideas effectively in workshops and conferences
- Exceptional influencing and leadership skills
