What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute value realization engagements to demonstrate customer benefits from investments
- Design and implement governance frameworks and processes for continuous value realization
- Deploy and manage value tracking tools to monitor and measure success of customer engagements
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with detailed analysis and insights on value delivered
- Collaborate with product and solution engineers to analyze telemetry data for deeper customer insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in value realization, customer success, consulting, or a related field
- Proven track record in executing value realization projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong experience in designing governance frameworks and deploying value tracking tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth analysis of value metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent military experience
