      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess clinical research opportunities and recommend projects for advancement
      - Develop and implement clinical study strategies in collaboration with various departments
      - Manage a team of clinical scientists in the design and implementation of clinical studies
      - Prepare clinical reports for regulatory and medical purposes, including presentations and publications
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in science, health, or engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering) required; Master's degree or PhD preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical/scientific research and medical device or pharmaceutical clinical trials
      - 5+ years of experience working with clinical professionals in a team and in a cross-functional product development setting
      - In-depth understanding of clinical trial methodologies, protocol development, and implementation
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
      - Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners
      - Expertise in resource allocation to optimize trial outcomes and cost-effectiveness
      - Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in research activities
      - Adaptability in adjusting strategies in response to changing conditions or unforeseen challenges
