      Providence is calling a Director Compliance who will:

      • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of Compliance Program activities, including process improvement projects related to clinical contracts and policies and procedures
      • Collaborate with key stakeholders across PSJH and within relevant PSJH divisions and ministries to ensure alignment of compliance activities
      • Proactively provide compliance guidance to business units on projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and other regulatory requirements and standards
      • Direct monitoring and reporting processes of compliance activities
      • Promote compliance with PSJH’s Code of Conduct, PSJH policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and other regulatory requirements and standards
      • Interact with leadership and direct high-risk matters and/or complex compliance projects and initiatives

      Required qualifications for this position include:

      • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
      • 10+ years experience in healthcare compliance within a multidisciplinary health system
      • 8+ years leadership experience
      • Eligible for Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security
      • Eligible for Certified Professional Compliance Officer
      • Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC), or within 6 months of hire

      Preferred qualifications for this position include:

      • Master's Degree in a related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
      • Experience in conducting or responding to government audits and investigations, and/or direct experience working in a relevant federal agency (OIG, CMS)
      • Certified in Privacy Compliance, Certified in Research Compliance, or similar certification
