      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement aggressive fundraising strategies to generate corporate partnerships
      - Research, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation and proposal preparation
      - Manage the full new business sales cycle, including outreach, engagement, and transition to account team
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Mission, Marketing, and Community Development teams to create new business opportunities
      - Act as an external ambassador for the organization, promoting mission priorities and engagement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in corporate fundraising or partnerships
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding large revenue goals, including building 6- and 7-figure partnerships
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial forecasting/reporting of key performance metrics
      - Exceptional ability to independently research, identify, and close new business opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling 6- and 7-figure national or regional partnerships for a national non-profit
      - Proven track record in creating and managing a robust sales/partnership pipeline
      - Strong deal/partnership lead-to-close ratio
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on proactive engagement
      - Willingness to travel approximately 25% or more based on business needs
