What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead internal communications forums to align with senior leadership on key organizational priorities
- Develop and execute external communication strategies in collaboration with public relations firms
- Build and maintain media relationships to enhance public awareness and manage the organization’s reputation
- Oversee social media strategy and monitor responses for corporate and ASC sites
- Manage crisis communications and serve as the lead media contact during identified crises

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft compelling narratives
- Proven ability to build and maintain influential media relationships
- Strong understanding of integrated healthcare communication and social media strategies
