What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive consulting services to boards of directors and management teams on corporate governance best practices
- Assess and improve governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement long-term governance strategies that align with company objectives
- Guide boards in shareholder engagement and prepare for annual meetings and shareholder proposals
- Facilitate training programs and workshops for board members and senior executives on governance-related topics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience, including at least six years in a consulting capacity
- Proven track record of successful client engagements
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
