What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor and consultant

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a Customer Success or related role
- Strong business acumen and customer/client focus
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
