      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a people manager for small-to-midsize provider relationship managers
      - Propel team-wide enablement, coaching, and critical feedback for staff
      - Manage enterprise customers by driving adoption of the employer's platform and nurturing key relationships
      - Collaborate with teams to optimize provider performance and develop remediation plans as necessary
      - Use data to identify cost drivers and develop optimal referral and care management strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or provider-facing fields, preferably at an ACO or tech enablement company
      - Experience in interpreting CRM analytics and designing dashboards to drive change
      - Proven track record of achieving re-sell and up-sell requirements at scale
      - Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience preparing and presenting information to clinical and executive leadership
      - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
      - Experience working directly with healthcare providers
      - A passion for improving relationships and impacting healthcare outcomes
      - Demonstrated success in scaling a team or service capability
