Management, oversight, and administration of the Montefiore Hospital Operations portfolios of capital design and construction projects. Meets with sponsors and stakeholders to evaluate potential projects and develop high-level estimates. Oversees, manages, and mentors the project management and construction supervisor team, to ensure project scope is defined and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure design supports a healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitors' needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

License Architect or Engineer Preferred.

15+ years of experience required, some of which may be substituted by advanced degrees.

Experienced managing an extensive portfolio of projects and experience working on complex projects such as hospital, laboratory, or pharmaceutical required.

Superior communication, written, oral, and presentation skills.
