      Position Summary

      This position is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Enrollment on new student enrollment growth for. Works with others to develop, implement, and manage operational standards and procedures across the enrollment operations. Director of Enrollment is responsible for ensuring organizational and regulatory compliance standards are being met within the Enrollment process. Collaborates with the Vice President of Enrollment (as well as other relevant shareholders) to set, monitor and provide overall direction for Enrollment office. As a leader, operates at the highest level of integrity while providing inspirational leadership by serving as a role model for all team members.

      Essential Functions:

      • Collaborates with VP of Enrollment in developing and delivering a yearly, monthly and weekly strategy to ensure Enrollment objectives are met. Measures delivery against forecast. Ensures Admissions Enrollment teams provide high quality service to prospective students. Reviews daily and weekly customer service standards with enrollment. Submits reports, observations, forecasts and other documents as required accurately and on time
      • Leads smooth day-to-day operational efforts of Enrollment team. Determines staffing level needed to meet goals and budget
      • Actively recruits, hires, trains and develops new team members
      • Coaches and develops Associate Director(s) of Admissions/Enrollment, Team Leads and a team of Enrollment Advisors/Specialists to meet performance expectations and prepare for future opportunities within the University
      • Uses interview observations and auditing phone calls, actively coaches direct reports to improve skill sets and customer service levels. Thoroughly completes required phone and interview observation forms
      • Influences campus management team to ensure adequate resources are provided to meet application goals
      • Monitors team performance and identifies areas for team growth and development
      • Collaborates with the campus Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar to periodically assess state of enrollment team performance and progress is in alignment to the organization’s objectives
      • Completes other projects and duties as assigned
      • Develops and implements short- and long-term strategies to enroll prospective students
      • Develops and implements new processes and systems to improve overall Admissions/Enrollment effectiveness
      • Ensures performance and service standards are met by the Enrollment team
      • Other duties as assigned or needed

      Supervisory Responsi bilities :

      • This position has supervisory responsibility for Associate Directors of Admissions and Associate Directors of Enrollment, and second level supervisory responsibility for employees under Associate Directors.

      Requirements:

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Master's degree preferred
      • Seven (7) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience
      • Five (5) years leadership experience preferred
      • Experience in higher education preferred
      • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
      • All skills, abilities and qualifications will be considered for minimum requirements
      • Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis

      Location: Remote

      Travel: Limited travel; may be asked to travel to University sponsored meetings or events.

      Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.       Compensation Range:

      Annual Salary: $71,360.00 - $96,340.00
