      Director, Enterprise Analytics Center of Excellence

      Do you have extensive experience in managing and delivering analytics and data science programs at enterprise scale? Are you passionate about building and leading an Enterprise Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) that integrates and unites analytics teams across a global organization?       The Director, Enterprise Analytics COE will build and lead the Enterprise Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), creating the "connective tissue" of TR's analytics community and driving cross-team and cross-enterprise innovation. This highly visible leader will report to the VP of Enterprise Analytics and be responsible for building the COE's processes and roadmap.

      About the Role

      In this opportunity as Director, Enterprise Analytics COE, you will:

      • Build and lead a global team of multidisciplinary professionals in Analytics, Data Science, and Program/Project Management.

      • Deliver cross-company analytics and data science in partnership with "Spoke" teams.

      • Develop enterprise processes and ceremonies for the Analytics COE, including project prioritization and coordination of training opportunities.

      • Establish corporate best practices and governance for analytics, data science, and AI/ML development.

      • Engage with executive leadership to report on analytics progress and demonstrate the value of the Analytics COE function.

      • Lead large scale projects and manage complex, multi-functional initiatives impacting business outcomes.

      • Set the analytic direction and create strategies to influence business and drive change.

      About You

      You're a fit for the role of Director, Enterprise Analytics COE, if your background includes:

      • 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering data, analytics, data science, or AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.

      • 5+ years experience managing analytics teams or equivalent experience in Analytics Product Management.

      • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's/PhD/MBA a plus.

      • Extensive experience managing and delivering analytics and/or data science programs at enterprise scale.

      • Understanding of federated organizational models and best practices in a hub-and-spoke model.

      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with ability to drive change in a large matrixed organization.

      • Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, and partner at all levels of the organization, including Executive Leadership.

      • Player-coach mentality with a passion for creating from the ground up. · Experience managing global talent.

      Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $173,300 - $321,800. Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $149,700 - $277,900. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the base compensation range for this role is $157,500 - $292,500. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
