      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new behavioral health solutions targeting employers and health plans
      - Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target organizations to drive sales
      - Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFP responses, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
      - Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery capabilities
      - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and improve client outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
      - Proven experience selling into employers and/or payers with a strong record of closing six- or seven-figure deals
      - Demonstrated ability to launch new products or offerings and build go-to-market strategies from scratch
      - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
      - Understanding of the healthcare benefits space is a plus

      - Experience in the mental health sector or related fields
      - Familiarity with complex mental health needs and solutions
      - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly
      - Previous experience working with HR and benefits leaders
