What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Public Sector Enterprise Field Account Executives
- Develop Account Executives for career growth within the organization
- Support the team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales Management
- Motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
- 3+ years of experience leading a Public Sector sales team
- Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management, preferably in the State and Local Government space
- Experience with RFI/RFP response at scale, including government technology tools for finding and sourcing contracts
- Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience partnering with SIs and consulting firms to position multi-product solutions across specific use-cases or agencies
- Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
- Robust Salesforce analysis, reporting, and forecasting skillset
