Proven strategic and innovative communication leader needed
Lead a team of high-performing communication professionals responsible for delivering strategic communication counsel and reputation management.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver effective and innovative external communication to support national outreach and enhance FCC’s corporate reputation and effectively position the brand of FCC among its stakeholders.
• Establish methods, metrics and key performance indicators to proactively manage the organization’s reputation.
• Guide a team that embraces learning and change to foster an environment of continuous improvement and drive excellence

• A strategic thinker with the expertise to apply best practices in corporate communication, media relations, and social media.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• An experienced leader with a clear understanding of the financial industry and/or the agriculture and food industry with a national focus.

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, English or French and at least 15 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Fluency in both official languages.
