      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, train, and manage a team of Federal DoD Enterprise Account Executives
      - Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organization
      - Support the team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
      - Report on sales metrics and forecasts to Senior Sales Management
      - Motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
      - 3+ years of managing and leading a successful Federal sales team
      - Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management in the Federal DoD space
      - Experience with RFI/RFP response at scale, including government technology tools for finding and sourcing contracts
      - Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience partnering with SIs and consulting firms to position multi-product solutions across specific use cases or agencies
      - Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
      - Robust Salesforce analysis and reporting and forecasting skillset
